ITALY FOR TWO: ALEKSEY AND KATYA’S WEDDING

Aleksey and Katya’s wedding is like a beautiful Italian film about love - refined, sensual and atmospheric. A couple spent their day in an ancient Italian mansion alone with each other and with their feelings. Even the rainy weather played along them perfectly complementing the elegant color palette of the décor.

The story of a couple

As we're both very busy people, we met - at work. Aleksey made me a proposal in the restaurant classically; the waiter delivered a big bouquet of flowers and a ring. It was cool!

Preparations for the wedding

I started preparing for the wedding 6-8 months previously. It was not difficult for us because we planned to spend this day without any invitees. That’s why we enjoyed the process and didn’t worry. The worry was pleasant. It was connected with upcoming honeymoon trip.

The concept of the wedding

The wedding took place in an antique mansion in Tuscany. The main decor was luxury interior and exterior. The gamma of the bouquet matched the colour of the dress. It was not classically white but greyish. It was more complex than typically gentle. Italian notes were present in the images. My hairstyle was sleek and simple perhaps in consonance with movie images of Monica Bellucci.

We were not lucky with the weather but the sky was in harmony with the color palette of the wedding. The morning began with a classical preparation with silk and Prosecco and continued with the walk through the territory and vows uttered privately in a comfortable, entwined shoots of the gazebo. The evening would not be complete without a trip to Florence and dinner at a small family restaurant with pasta and homemade wine.
